The stockings were hung by the chimney with care...

So I have been terrible about blogging over the holidays. We have had, pneumonia, stomach flu, Matt and I have had a terrible head cold and all this on top of having our dear family here while attempting to be Merry and Bright. OY! What a season! Work has kept me so busy as well but hopefully the New Year will bring a little balance back to our busy lives. :)

Whew, all that said, we had a beautiful Christmas with our little ones. Mom and Jim were with us until Christmas Eve Day and Emo Bug was here until the day after Christmas so we were surrounded by loved ones which was so nice. (Sorry you all got sick! :) )

It was Abby's first Christmas and she seemed to enjoy her new toys, as well as Livi's toys. (All those little tiny choking pieces have kept us on our toes! ) :)

Olivia got so many wonderful gifts but her faves were her new Violin that Mom, Jim, Emo Tess and Uncle Tim got for her to start lessons. She named her little Violin "Abby" since it's a baby violin. She also loved her new Pink Accoustic Guitar and spent hours with her Dr's Kit (Thank you Grammy and Papa) examining kitties, penguins and Abigail. Santa brought her a big girl bike which she has been attempting to ride in our tiny house since there is 100 feet of snow on the ground. (Ready for spring already)We plan on taking her down to Sedona after the New Year to practice riding her new bike and to dry out.
Anyway, here are some pics of the last month. And a little movie of the girls.

The beautiful sepia toned pics are courtesy of Chelsea's new iphone.

We hope the Holiday's were beautiful for all of you and we wish you a Happy and Safe New Year!

Abbs points at everything these days and does many things these days, Sticks out her tongue, dances, say's about 12 words (some only are only understood by Mommy and Daddy), plays endlessly with toys, and is constantly getting herself in "trouble". She is a busy little baby.

No it's not thrush...Christmas cookie frosting...Scary right.

Livi warming up from a snowy play date with Daddy who has dug and plowed us out about 6 times already.
